Guest Managment
Our hospitality team document guest list with all information of individual guest like contact details,travel details. These sheets are available to our clients online 24×7 in right format and auto updation.
Invitation Distribution
Sorting of cards as per the guest list, as per the function inserts & as per the mode of card delivery i.e hand delivery or courier. A member or two of our hospitality team hand delivers the card after calling the guest to take appropriate time to hand deliver the cards.
R.S.V.P Calling
R.S.V.P calling is a must thing these day, when you have to plan your whole destination wedding knowing the exact number of guests attending. Our hospitality team calls your guests to take all needed information, travel plans, id proofs, pickup and drop point and more
Room Allotment
Our wedding hospitality team pre-allot rooms for all the guests with the help of hotel’s offered room & floor plan. All checkins of rooms as per the travel detail of each guest is then categorised under these heads, pre-checkins, on time checkins, & Late checkins, same goes for check out.
Logistic Management
A logistic manager from our hospitality team documents each requirement and plan for guest’s logistics. Estimating cab requirement according to the guest arrival and departure time, maintaining driver’s log sheet, allotment of cars to guests, paging for pickups & VIP guests escorting, all is organised and managed by our logistic manager
Help Desk Management
Our hospitality team at help desk supports each of your guest’s needs with 24hrs assistance. Some of the key roles of a help desk manager are meet & greet guests, check in assistance, reminders calls for functions breakfast & other service calls, room hamper distribution and many more.
